Returns & Refunds

Every SoCal 3D Studios koozie is 3D printed to order. Please read this policy before you buy.

Personalized items

Items with a name, initials, custom text or a custom lid logo are made just for you, so they can't be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective or printed incorrectly by us.

Returns on non-personalized items

If your order wasn't personalized, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible:

The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
All bundle parts must be included: koozie, lid, ice puck, slim-can adapter and pen insert (plus the magnetic cleat for the battery koozie).
Email socal3dstudios@gmail.com with your order number before sending anything back. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Returns sent without approval can't be accepted.

Return shipping is paid by the customer, and we recommend a tracked shipping method. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll refund the item price to your original payment method.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or isn't what you ordered (including a personalization mistake on our part), we'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund. Email us within 14 days of delivery with:

Your order number
Photos of the item, the packaging and the shipping label
A short description of the problem

Please keep the item and packaging until your claim is resolved. You won't need to send the item back unless we ask.

What isn't a defect

Our products are 3D printed in PETG, layer by layer. Fine layer lines, small surface marks or layer seams, light stringing, marks from removed support material, slight color differences between filament batches or suppliers and minor size variations are a normal part of 3D printing. They don't affect how the koozie works and aren't considered defects. Not sure if something is normal? Send us a photo and we'll take a look.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. Email us with your order number. After 24 hours, your order may already be printing and can't be canceled.
