This website is operated by SoCal 3D Studios. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Products

Our products are 3D printed to order in PETG. Photos are representative; because each item is printed individually, colors, finish and small details may vary slightly. Layer lines, small surface marks and minor size variations are a normal part of 3D printing and aren't defects.

Personalization

You're responsible for the accuracy of any personalization text you provide, including spelling. We print it as submitted. We may decline personalization requests we can't print legibly or that we find offensive, and we'll contact you before printing if there's an issue. For the jobsite koozie's custom lid logo, you confirm that you own or have permission to use any logo or design you send us.

Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders with pricing errors or suspected fraud; if we cancel a paid order, we'll issue a full refund. Sales tax is added at checkout where required.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Return and Refund Policy, both of which are part of these Terms.

Use and care

Hand wash only. Keep products away from dishwashers, microwaves, open flames and high heat (such as a hot car), which can warp PETG. Products are not toys; small parts such as the lid, adapter and inserts are not intended for young children.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoCal 3D Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

Intellectual property

All text, photos and designs on this site belong to SoCal 3D Studios and may not be copied or used without permission.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to your order at the time of purchase.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
