How long until my order ships?

Every koozie is printed to order. Orders are printed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Delivery time after that depends on your location.

How much is shipping?

Free shipping on US orders of $45 or more, including every Full Bundle. Orders under $45 ship for a flat $6.95.

Do you ship outside the US?

Not right now. We currently ship to US addresses only.

How do I personalize my koozie?

Type your name, initials or a short phrase in the Personalization box on the product page before adding it to your cart. Personalization is free and goes on the koozie itself. Short text fits best; if yours won't fit the design, we'll email you before printing.

On golf bag koozies, you'll instead add a name or initials for the front pocket and pick the side pocket logo (or your own text) from the list.

What comes with my koozie?

Choose from three packages: Koozie ($25), Koozie + Cold Pack ($32, adds a reusable ice puck and slim-can adapter), or the Full Bundle ($45, adds the flip-top logo lid and pen insert, and ships free). The power tool battery koozie comes as a full bundle with a magnetic mounting cleat.

Can I change the logo on the lid?

On our football, baseball, soccer, basketball and golf koozies, the lid logo is preset to match the koozie's colors and can't be changed. On the power tool battery koozie, you can add your company name or logo to the lid for $5 by choosing the Personalized (+$5) lid option. Lid designs are printed in one solid color. Then type your company name and/or upload your logo in the lid box that appears on the product page. Logos need to be a sharp black-and-white image, since blurry or low-resolution files can't be printed.

We add new colorways all the time. Contact us with your sport (football, baseball, soccer, basketball or golf) and your team colors, and we'll work on getting a listing up for you.

What cans does it fit?

Standard 12 oz cans fit as-is. Drop in the slim-can adapter for slim 12 oz cans. If you also use the ice puck with a slim can, the can sits higher and sticks out more above the koozie. Leave the puck out for a lower fit.

Can I use it as a pen holder?

Yes. Take out the can, drop in the pen insert, and any koozie becomes a desk organizer for pens and markers.

Will my koozie look exactly like the photos?

Very close, but every piece is 3D printed to order, so no two are exactly alike. 3D printing builds each part one thin layer at a time, and you may notice:

Layer lines: fine horizontal lines on the surface, especially on curves and edges.
Small surface marks: tiny bumps, seams where each layer starts, or light stringing between details.
Support marks: some designs need temporary support material while printing. We remove it and clean up each piece, but you may see small marks where it was attached.
Color differences: filament shades can vary slightly between batches and suppliers, so a koozie may look a little different from the photos or from one you ordered before. Screens also show colors differently.
Minor size variation: parts may differ by a fraction of a millimeter, which doesn't affect fit or function.
Finish: PETG has a natural slight sheen, and the textured areas are designed to hide most layer lines.

These are normal for 3D printed items. They aren't considered defects.

Is it safe for kids?

Our koozies are drinkware accessories, not toys, and they aren't made or tested to toy safety standards. The lid, slim-can adapter, pen insert and ice puck are small parts that could be a choking hazard. Keep them away from young children and pets. If a part ever cracks or breaks, stop using it. If the ice puck cracks or leaks, throw it away.

Power tool battery koozie: the mounting cleat contains strong magnets. Swallowed magnets can stick together inside the body and cause serious injury. Keep it away from children, and if a magnet is swallowed, get medical help right away. Keep the magnets away from pacemakers and other implanted medical devices.
