Processing time

Every koozie is printed to order. Orders are printed, packed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays.

Shipping cost

Free shipping on US orders of $45 or more, including every Full Bundle. Orders under $45 ship for a flat $6.95.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Tracking

When your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.

Address problems

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email socal3dstudios@gmail.com right away. We can't be responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email us and we'll help make it right. See our Return and Refund Policy for details on damaged items.
