Processing time
Every koozie is printed to order. Orders are printed, packed and shipped within 3–5 business days of purchase. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays.
Shipping cost
Free shipping on US orders of $45 or more, including every Full Bundle. Orders under $45 ship for a flat $6.95.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
Tracking
When your order ships, you'll get an email with your tracking number.
Address problems
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away at socal3dstudios@gmail.com. We can't be responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.
Lost or damaged packages
